Materials: We use high-quality materials in the creation of your custom product, which cannot be reused once the production process begins.
Time investment: Significant time and effort go into creating each custom product, making it impractical to offer returns or refunds.

In the following limited cases, we may be able to offer an exception to our return policy:

Product defect: If your custom product arrives damaged or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Production error: If we make a mistake during the production process, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that all exceptions to our return policy are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet our criteria.
